Uttar Pradesh is now connecting not only with India but also abroad, something witnessed on Saturday, 10th December at The Nehru Center London, where Uttar Pradesh Community Association (UPCA), United Kingdom organized an thought-provoking event with UP Finance Minister Mr. Suresh Kumar Khanna, Additional Chief Secretary Industrial Development Mr. Arvind Kumar and UP CM special Secretary Mr. Amit Singh interacted with NRIs.
UPCA President Mr. Madhuresh Mishra said that many investors want to begin start-ups in Uttar Pradesh but they hesitate due to complicated process. These steps of UP government is very commendable and it is expected that doing business will become easier in the future.
Program coordinator Ashwani Srivastava said that NRIs want to be partners in the progress of their state and such efforts will act as a catalyst in the industrial sector.
The Finance Minister explained how the government is striving to simplify the single click approval, resource acquisition and investment process. Many corridors have been made for the development of Uttar Pradesh where various industrial units can be established, which will be helpful in making India a trillion dollar economy.
Minister(Culture), High Commission of India and Director, The Nehru Centre, London Shri Amish Tripathi joined as the chief guest and stressed on the need for good governance, security for business to flourish in the state and appreciated the steps taken by the Yogi government. OFBJP President Shri Kuldeep Singh Shekhawat joined the event as the special guest.
Uttar Pradesh Community Association UK core members Santosh Pandey, Virendra Mishra, Rajesh Vishwakarma, Manoj Mishra, Rohin Grover, Arun Choubey, Subhash Baranwal, Piyushita Gupta, Nishtha Dwivedi, Indresh Mishra and Vaishali Nagpal joined the event with many community leaders.
