The IIW She Inspires Awards resonates with just what Michelle Obama says to all women, ‘Don’t be afraid. Be focused. Be determined. Be hopeful. Be empowered. —

IIW (Inspiring Indian Women) : Their vision is to create one healthy platform for women to share their success stories, motivate one another, and promote Indian culture across the globe. They aim to uplift the women at the grass roots level by bringing skills to become self-reliant. Break Stereotypes and awaken women against domestic abuse. Prioritize mental wellbeing and support system for women at home and outside.
As Nicole Lyons, the first Afro American race car Driver said, ‘She will rise with a spine of steel and a roar like thunder. She will rise.
