These Awards are in the name of Dharma Dubey, Mother of IIW Founder Rashmi Mishra. Rashmi feels that like her mom, most Indian Mom most Indian women ignore their own health, for them the family is the priority. The family think that the lady of the house is a super woman juggling several things with a smile even if unwell and tired. After losing her mum to sudden massive heart attack, Rashmi decided to call this Award in her name. It is a wake-up call to all to , look after their parents when there is time and to the ladies to pause and prioritise self.
