  1. AK is decidedly a fitness star who inspires many from the younger generation to be mindful of how important it is to exercise and be healthy. With Yoga rooted in our culture and ancient tradition which now is adopted by rest of the world, implements like Mudgal give a new dimension to the richness of the past.
