Acclaimed actor Akshay Kumar has delighted fans by sharing new posters of the highly anticipated film OMG 2, which feature closeup looks of himself as Lord Shiva and co-star Pankaj Tripathi.
OMG 2, directed and written by Amit Rai, is the sequel to the 2012 blockbuster hit Oh My God, where Akshay Kumar first stunned audiences in the role of Lord Krishna.
In the sequel, Akshay Kumar steps into the shoes of Lord Shiva, with a striking portrayal complete with long hair, blue paint on his neck, kohled eyes, and ash smeared on his forehead. The posters also introduce Pankaj Tripathi’s character, depicted with folded hands amidst a crowd, exuding simplicity in a shirt and blue Nehru jacket.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the film’s teaser, expected to drop soon. Akshay Kumar, sharing the poster, noted: “Bas kuch dino mein (coming in a few days) OMG 2 in theatres on August 11. Teaser drops soon”
‘Oh My God 2’ releases in cinemas on 11 August 2023

I’m sure there will be full controversy on this. Even when Mahabharat was telecasted NO one claimed themselves as closeups of Krsna or Arjun.
