Actual workshop will be from 10am to 12 pm (2 hours). However, the participants are advised to attend at 9:30 am to familiarise themselves with the Power Point Presentation slide-show, which highlights the workshop contents & related instructions.
Contents: (1) Reflexology hands/feet: (with almond oil infused with essential oils of Rosemary & Lavender) (2) Facial Massage: (With almond oil) (3) Asana: Physical postures (4) Pranayama: Yogic breathing techniques (5) Kundalini Meditation: Chakra based Meditation (6) Healthy Eating: (health tips & recipes based on Ayurveda and Naturopathy)
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Refrain from eating at least 2hrs before the session. Wear loose clothes
2) Keep a Yoga mat, a cushion and paper tissues ready with you
3) A hard-core chair or a stool in which you can sit in an erect/upright position
4) Almond oil (ideally infused with essential oils of Rosemary and Lavender). However, if you don’t have this please use the cooking oil such as sunflower, rapeseed, mustard or olive oil
5) A jug of hot water with lemon/lime: Before, during and after the workshop drink hot water with lemon or lime. This will help you to detoxify the body by flushing out the toxins.
